The Bilé Architects designs and evaluates viability of sites and buildings. A multidisciplinary team will always lead to the end the whole process from design to emission of licenses for use by municipal entities. We design buildings for people. Buildings that work. Buildings that last. Buildings that evoke confidence. Our team is focused to achieve customer goals, adapting constantly to changing market and society. We listen and interpret the dynamics between the function of a building, its occupants” needs and vibration environment. A building can tell a lot about a company or people that inhabit it.
Production and Tendering
This stage of the design process, develops and specifies the architectural design to the detail needed for construction, as well as all the information and material quantities to supply to constractors. Often this step is overlooked by passing construction projects only with licensing and specialties. This proves to be an error causing tremendous costs and typically substantial lack of quality in the end product, because the lack of detail and information into the hands of manufacturers all kinds of decisions, the worst results and values always higher work. The Bilé Architects provides these services in architecture and engineering as a whole in the process of a project. We will also serve as representatives of our client, overseeing the work of other firms involved in the construction process
Structural and Civil Engineering
Since its inception, Bilé Arquitectos was based on the close collaboration between architects and engineers, according to the principle that buildings should combine form and structure, serving human needs while elevating the spirit. Civil engineering services include stability studies and projects, structural aspects related to the renovation and modernization of old structures.
Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrotechnical Engineering
The Bilé Architects has at its foundation and experience among professionals not a concept of separation of architecture and engineering in the design of buildings. The engineering services include network projects techniques (water and sewerage, electricity, ventilation and air conditioning, gas, ITED, and Thermal Energy certification, Evaluation acoustic)
Interior Design
The discipline of interior architecture was introduced in our company due to a growing desire of customers, mostly businesses, but also individuals who seek quality and image in their own spaces. Projects include clinics and health units, Units Hotels and restaurants, corporate offices, beauty salons, among others. The philosophy of Bilé Architects in interior design is the compromise between achieving excellence and meeting the needs of each client, getting to solutions that respond to their context. The interior design services include programming and previous studies, analysis of building systems, lighting and technical networks. The correct sizing of spaces, and the use of computerized 3D visualization techniques, and follow-up of intensive work, translate into quality and individuality.
